Well, it's been over a month since we've been moved in. Yes, there are still a few random boxes that need to be unpacked, but for the most part we are in and functioning normally. Last night, Kane finally slept for an extended period of time. He hadn't done that since early August. It's almost dinner time. Since I've been back to work, there is hardly any time to do anything other than motherly or wifely (don't think that's a word) duties. As soon as I get home, it's time to start dinner and do a load of laundry. When Kane and Matt get home, it's time for Kane to eat. We attempt to eat without interruption, but you know how that goes. Bath time is at 7, followed by naked time and then eat and go to bed by 8pm. After that, it's time to clean bottles, repack the diaper bag (because Lord knows I don't have enough time to do it in the morning) and spend some time with Matt. Depending on the day, I might fall asleep by 9, maybe even 8:30. Then it's time to do it all again. Enough about that. Oh yeah, we all got our first cold of the season thanks to the sitter. Here are some pictures.
This was Kane "Abe"
Aupperle at his first state fair with
Grandpa Gordon. He really did well the whole time we were there.
"Dad, you can't look away when you're feeding me!"
I love bath time.
This is Grandma Carol's idea of keeping the sun off my head pool side.
