Flashback!

A year ago yesterday, this is what I looked like. Yikes!

A Wee Bit Irish

Kane took his first trip to Chicago over the weekend. We went to celebrate St. Patrick's day. He took his first train ride, cab ride, and got to see two of the three Billy Goat Tavern's in the city. I'm waiting for Grandpa Gordon to get some photos to me, but here are a few from our trip.

First train ride. The people in the cafe car found it amusing that Kane had on a green shirt. They said "Look an Irish baby (he's only 1/8)" It was pure luck that he had his green pacifier that day.

Bad hair day? My son is going to always be the messy haired kid at school.

Dinner?

Kane is crazy when he eats. I just keep wondering how long until he improves his eating skills. We keep offering a fork a spoon and he usually ends up chewing on it and then throwing it on the floor.

Big Day. . .

Kane's First Birthday is almost here. I thought I might put some ideas of things he would like.

Right now he is just fitting into 12M and his shirts are getting a little short on him, but the pants fit fine.
